We are currently looking to enforce our technical team with Network/Systems Engineers who will have the following main responsibilities:

• Fast gain of thorough knowledge of ADAPTERA’s deployed products/solutions.
• Using product knowledge and technical expertise to make independent judgments within established guidelines, procedures and policies to determine an action plan for resolving customer issues.
• Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with persons in our organization as well as in our customer’s organization in order to facilitate support and resolution of daily customer-centric issues.

Position Requirements

• Associates / Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or Engineering.
• Good knowledge of networking and/or server technologies & OS (Windows server, Linux)
• Operational experience – comfortable providing support to customers, optimizing deployments uptime, going deep on troubleshooting and remediation.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal & writing skills in Greek & English language.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to following tasks through to completion.
• Ability to meet deadlines and set priorities with effective distribution of time and effort.

Desirable Requirements

Proven work experience/certifications in the following areas is desirable and will be evaluated:
• 3 – 5 years relevant working experience
• Experience with NMS installation & support (open source – Nagios, Cacti etc or commercial packages – HP NNMi, Solarwinds etc)
• Knowledge of scripting languages (perl, python, Java or other)
• Vendor certifications
• Knowledge of virtualization & cloud technologies
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts

SALES MANAGER – ENTERPRISE ICT

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our entrerprise customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential by setting and executing sales plans, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

  • Set and execute a sales plan that enhances & expands our strong market presence.
  • Build and support strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their technical needs in ADAPTERA’s target areas.
  • Achieve sales targets in specified market segments.
  • Closely cooperate with technical presales team.
  • Maintain accurate sales records of sales meetings, sales calls, new sales, closed sales and follow-up activities.
  • Accurate sales reporting directly to the Managing Director

Requirements

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, in the IT/Telecoms market
  • Committed to continuous product sales education & vendor certifications
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the customers’ organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Fluency in Greek & English, both verbal & written
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or ICT will be considered as a strong asset

Job description

We are currently looking to enforce our technical team with a Technical Support Engineer who will interact directly with our customers, be responsible for management of customer support requests following standard procedures and process scheduled back office tasks.

You will be responsible for

  • Documenting customer information and recurring technical issues to support customer service contracts.
  • Establishing solid knowledge in the supported products/solutions.
  • Responding to customer product inquiries, answering technical questions, and analyzing problems via telephone or in written internet-based email.
  • Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with persons in our organization as well as in our customer’s organization in order to facilitate support and resolution of daily customer-centric issues.
  • Using product knowledge and technical expertise to make independent judgments within established guidelines, procedures and policies to determine an action plan for resolving customer issues.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills

  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
